Anyone have any idea why a single IP address would be trying to find that on my webserver every night at about the same time ?

Also looks like they are trying to post a secreg.dll

"POST /secreg/secreg.dll?l=2 HTTP/1.0" 404 319 "-" "Smc"

It's a remote IP which I have blocked in my access.conf but they still seem to be hitting the webserver
