I AM A NEWBIE ADMINISTRATOR AND WHEN WE UPGRADED OUR SERVERS SEVERAL OF OUR PROGRAMS STOPPED WORKING AND WE ARE GETTING THE ABOVE MESSAGE VARIABLE OBJECT NOT SET

When you upgraded your servers, did you upgrade any of the databases too? This error message usually appears when a mail client (R4.5) tries to access a database of a higher version (R4.6). Lamaar75@hotmail.com

We upgraded from 4.5.6 to 4.6.6 and 4.6.7. Would the upgrade affect templete integrity? I understand a templete was customized for this project. If not, any other ideas?

It's hard to say unless to say what 'programs' are affected. If you have upgraded the mail templates and are creating mail files with R4.6.7 and giving these to people who run a client of R4.5.6, they will not work. In this case, you can either upgrade the client or degrade the mail file. Let me know what 'Programs' are affected. Lamaar75@hotmail.com
