Vantage K175 "SIP Login Failure" - "Empty SIP Controller List"

Hello all,

So I finally got the phone to grab and update its firmware to "K1xx_SIP-R2_2_0_3_7053.tar" (Latest Firmware Version from Avaya)

When viewing the Auto Generated K1xxSupgrade.txt from the IPO I noticed it was not showing the correct Firmware Versions or Dialer Application

After doing so I noticed the Phones Background changed to show the 3 people sitting around a desk and the Avaya Vantage Login.

For my "Username" I entered in my Extension

And for the password I entered in the Extensions Password

I then get the error: "Empty SIP Controller List"

What is this error?

derfloh: I have the 46xxsettings.txt that was downloaded from:

I have placed the downloaded 46xxsettings.txt on my HTTP File Server along with all the Vantage Firmware Files:

I have not made any modifications to this file.

My IPO is running the 46xxsettings.txt Auto Generated File:

Looks not too bad. Does the phone load the files from IPO if from your other http server?

derfloh: When I leave the default file server in the K175 Vantage as the IPO, and set the IPO to "HTTP Server Address" as the PC Hosting the HTTP File Server and "HTTP Redirection" set to "Phone Binaries" I do not see the phone hit the External File Server to grab any files.

When I update the phone itself to the PC Hosting the file server, I see it grab the files from the external file server.

172.30.20.1 is the IPO
172.30.20.2 is the VM Pro (Application Server)
172.30.20.3 is the server hosting the external HTTP File Server

Here is what I see on Monitor when I reboot the phone (Attached)

172.30.20.106 is the Vantage Phone

This line stuck out to me in the log:

83485337mS HTTP: 172.30.20.106(56232)-(8411) HTTPSession: SendErrorResponse Code: 307, Entity: Redirected to alternate HTTP server:
So it looks like it is redirecting to the External File Server however notes: "SendErrorResponse Code: 307"

When I go to log in with the current setup above, it no longer complains about the "Empty SIP Controller List" - Rather it now says "VoIP phone service is currently available with limited service. Please contact your device administrator if the problem persists." and the phone loops all night at "Logging in"
