Vantage 8 Phone System Ringing Assignment

Can anyone provide me details on how to make line 2 ring on an Esprit Plus set. This Vantage 8 has 2 co lines on it and 3 sets working. Station 31 both lines are ringing ok but station 32 and 33 will not ring on Line 2 only Line 1 will ring on both sets. Can you advise?

Push and hold the handsfree button. then press the line you want to ring. Press RLS when done

try the personal number button instead. May not be a handsfree set.
