Hi Everyone,

I need help regarding our Vanity Number that can't able to pass through to the group hunt. Every time I dialed the 5480000, it keeps on ringing and it should be pass to the group hunt then redirect to a particular department.

5480000 -----> 7777(Group) ------> particular department.

Just newbie here, Thanks.

How is the 5480000 getting to the hunt group? can you show all your programming for this.

Has this worked before - or are you trying to make it work? I'd make sure the group is valid and has members assigned to it first....
