Vanishing table when entering in a input text field on a form

I have a page with a form on it, within the form is a textbox, beneath the textbox is a table inside a division. Everything displays fine until you try entering data in the textbox. The table disappears leaving only the select boxes that were in the table. Has anyone seen this type of behavior before? Is there some sort of gotcha that an HTML neophyte as myself should be looking for?

The server the page is on is IIS 5.0. The above happens when using IE 6 (I haven't tested with any other browsers, becauses it's an intranet app where everyone will have IE).
