I have an issue and hope someone can help. Attempts to dial a TF 800 are denied - trace below (for security purposes, IPs and TF digits modified). ARS ANA for TF 800 set to go to Rte Ptn 38 (Below), Trk Grp 41. Please adavise. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention - the Trunk Group also serves as the local Trk Grp and is an ISDN PRI.

Are you sure that "lds" should be in the "Service/Feature" field. Try removing it from the route pattern, or try changing it to something else.
