values dont get registred

Hi!


Im trying to set up my first access database.
In my database I register salespersons, date , to who it is sold and what kind of sale it is.. the problem is that every time I register two of the same values they dont get registered in my database... like if salesperson "one" has two sales on one day, lest call the sale he made "product1". If I reg "product1" two times on one date or month for that matter they dont get registered.
Its the same with names of course.... does anyone know what causes this problem?

May be helpful to look up normilisation to preventing duplicating data in the help file.
