VALUE_CIE_PX_IPO (1) Missing

We have loaded IPOCC licenses but VALUE_CIE_PX_IPO (1) is missing from the loaded features. As far as I know it should be part of the IPOCC Base 30 License Bundle.

Now we get error No PABX Found.

Anyone faced similar issue before?

You'll need that license as that is the "IPO Connection" license and is acquired by the kernel process.
