Hi, I don't really know how to phrase this question accurately for the subject field. But here is my question, I'm developing a database for employees to enter vacation information. Each employee is given one floater day for the year. Is there a way so that if an employee uses that floater day I can grey out the floater option or place a message box stating that the floater day has been used? I need this to be carried through so that when the user hits next record, the information about floater days is carried through.
Thank you,
Michael Kohler

If it is possible to find the floater day with a recordset or Dlookup, you can use the information to grey-out the option in the current event.
