Value of MOS Certification

1. Can anyone tell me if this certification made a difference in your value in being hired or promoted in an office? Not as a trainer, but as a technical employee of some kind.
2. Do you get a printed certificate? Is there something (logo?) you can print on your business card?
3. Are you required to keep the certificate current by passing tests on every upgrade? How else can a potential employer have confidence that your certification is up-to-date?

1) In my area (Pittsburgh PA)more and more businesses are requiring MOS before hiring an employee.
2) You receive a printed certificate in the mail about 2 weeks after passing an exam.
3) The certificate states that you are a Microsoft Office Specialist in (for example) Excel 2002. That certificate is always valid. I have never seen a want ad that mentioned what VERSION of Excel you had to be certified in.
