Value List Filtered by 2 fields?

Can this be done? Using FMP5...

Vendor A
Product Category 1
SKUa1
SKUa2
Product Category 2
SKUa3
SKUa4
Vendor B
Product Category 1
SKUb1
SKUb2
Product Category 2
SKUb3
SKUb4

Vendor A & B both sell products in same product categories, with different SKU's. Creating a purchase order DB that selects the Vendor from a Value List VENDORRODUCT CATALOG.

Product Category selects from common Custom Value List (all vendors have same categories)

Would like to filter the SKU value list based on the Vendor & Product category. for example, if I select Vendor B, then Product Category 2, the only options in the SKU value list are SKUb3 and SKUb4.

What's the best way to approach this?

just to think outloud...
so u could have 3 realted lists(no custom lists here):
-Vendors
-Product Categories
-SKUs
so, on selection of Vedors the Prod.Cat list would get populated and so on...
I think... this how you invisioned it or...?
this can be done either with 3 separated files (easier)
or
1 file with selfrelationships
