Hi All
I created LOVs based on Business view manager for Dynamic cascading prompt (4 levels)
When i am trying to use the LOV in the crystal report,2 Level LOVs are coming properly without missing any values.but one value is not displaying in the List of values of third level.
the values are there in the database also I cheked by right clicking the Datafoundation.there it is showing all the values...but when I refresh the report to select the values..one of the third level value is missing.
Version -CRYSTAL REPORT XI
database - Oracle 9i.
Please help me to resolve this...

Thanks
Chaitanya

Hi

The Following registry might solve it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LOV
If you are using R2, then change 11.0 to 11.5.

Add a string called MaxRowsetRecords and set a new maximium number of records. Making it 0 gives you unlimited records.

Credits are to Brian Bishof - I spotted it in a post somewhere on the web. I have only used it in Crystal reports 2008. Here it is to be stored under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LOV

It might be the case in XI R1 too.
In Crystal Reports 2008 the Key LOV doesn't exist, so you might have to create it
