Recently our Act 2008 v10 was working just fine. I did a Windows Update to the server-box, and it put on .NET 2 SP1, and .NET 3.0 on. Shortly thereafter, whenever we attempt to create a new contact, we're given an error "Value cannot be Null. Parameter Name: criteria".

Now, according to the guy who created and admin's this system, none of the fields are required or anything. There are no null factors, etc. Any ideas?

I've not seen that error... but why did you install .Net 3.0?

.Net versions are not upgrades, they are only needed if you have software that would use it.

Do you get the same error in the demo db?
