Valign a div to the bottom of a Cell

I'm looking for a way to set the valign of a cell to "Top", but I would like a div at the bottom. But since the contents of the cell is coming from a database, I don't know the height of it. Help I am new to CSS!!!

A computer always does what you tell it to, but rarely does what you want it to.....

Thanks for the reply, I've decided to start anew - and instead of converting a table designed site into a css one, I am designing a brand new one using css templates available for free -
