Validation and sum of fields

I have a single field where users enter a numeric value, and then 3 additional fields that is supposed to break down the 1st value in to 3 groups, but I want to validate that the 3 breakdowns are not greater or less than the 1st numeric value. I tried a RangeValidation expression in VS.NET, but I don't think I am doing it right in regards to Max and Min values...

Any ideas?

Look into using a CustomValidator for this.
