Cannot opt out to zero for the operator. I still have it defined on the switch and I can hit zero from the phone and it will ring to the operator. Once I am in voice mail and hit 0 I get the message "Valid Attendant # has not been specified" The revert dn is set for 0 in the voice mail, so I'm a little confused as to why it isn't working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check your restriction/permission to see if 0 can be dialed.

Also look in Gen Admin and make sure you have the DN set to 0.

build a maxp 1 acd, three prompts acdn= a vacant dn maxp = 1
ncfw = 0 the use the new number as the option 0... works great and last a long time
