Has anyone install a VIP-801 and have gotten it to work? Main site is a CS1000E rls 5.5 with an SRG at the far end, have RDB, Trunk,RLB and CDP built with DSC. In the NRS have endpoint built as a static ip address with routing entry of the dsc. On the Valcom have endpoint named the same, same static ip, and a dial code the same as the dsc and with SIP tab has the static ip of the node id. Dial the dial code of Valcom and get a long pause and then release and try again. I was told one day to have the registar box checked on the Valcom and then unchecked the next. The only thing that hasn't been done is a reboot of the SS. Thanks.
