Valcom on G700 Gateway

I'm trying to hookup a Valcom 2000A Single-Zone paging unit to a G700 via a loop-start co trunk. The MM711 cards do not support a CPE trunk group, which according to some of the tips I've already read in this forum is the standard for this type of device.

Does anyone have advise on how to set this up? Trunk group settings would be very helpful also.
