VAL Manager Trouble

I'm running VAL Manager 1.3.5 U1.1 to manage announcements at 17 different sites. All but 2 are running CM1.3. The 2 odd sites are running CM2.0. The problem is VAL Manager fails to update VAL information on the CM2.0 sites. Both sites return an error message about an invalid entry in "ip-interfaces". Everything looks correct and the VAL's work fine. I just can't manage them with VAL Manager. Any suggestions?

Avaya just gave us this response:

VAL MGR 1.3 is unfortunately not compatible with CM2.0. Your best bet is to upgrade to Voice Announcement Manager (VAM) 2.1 which was just release a couple weeks ago. This will ensure that you have compatability with both CM2.0 and CM2.1

Guess we'll be upgrading our VAL software to VAM 2.1.
