VAL Manager and Windows 10 problem

I have been using Windows 10 for some time now and have not run into any problems using VAL Manager under Site Administration until just recently. I believe it is due to the the latest Windows patch that was applied. When trying to restore backed-up announcements I get the message "Restore Announcement failed for: 01D04aul_test.wav is an invalid wave file". I had a team mate try the same with Windows 7 and they had no problem. I also was able to copy the same file to the board with WinSCP. I wonder if anyone else has seen this problem and knows of a fix?

open a ticket with avaya then or go back to windows 7

ASA 6.0 SP 13 is Windows 10 compliant. Within ASA is the equivalent of VAL Manager. I don't think Avaya will provide any support for the stand-alone VAL Manager application.

I'm using ASA 6.0 SP 12.01. I will update and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks to 4merAvaya, upgrading to ASA 6.0 SP 13 resolved the problem.
