We just got in a new TN2501 VAL board and Im trying to learn how to move files unto it. I keep getting errors when I try to move a small wave file to the board. I was able to use the feature code and create a test announcement on the board, but Im not able to send one from my PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's the log file. (I removed the IP address for security's sake.)

For what ever reason I have yet to resolve, try connecting the val board directly to your network switch...I can probably safely say that you are using a 5 port hub/switch in the telco room to connect the PBX, Voicemail and Val Board with one line running back to your network switch. I had the same problem and had to separate the Val Board from the rest and have a "home run" dedicated to the Val. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I do have the VAL board connected straight to our switches. We dont have everything going into a hub and then into the switch via one cable. All of our CLAN's, MEDPRO and VAL boards have their own runs back to the Network.

As a side note, do a list configuration all and make sure the board they gave you is on Firmware Version 7. You will have major problems if not on version 7. Most of the time the boards are not up to date because they sit in inventory for a few months.
