Vaio PCG-Z600 laptop HDD upgrade

Hi there

Has anyone upgraded the HDD on a Sony PCG-Z600 TEK laptop before? I'm looking at upgrading the current 20Gb to 60Gb..
Also does anyone have instructions for the dis-assembly of the laptop...
