Vacation and Absence Template

HELP!

I have uploaded the template, and have changed the url reference in InfoPatha and it shows up in the list.

I am not sure how to configure the list that holds the vacation request so it shows up in the Calendar. Actually it does not show up in the list that displays if an item is approved or not.

Does anybody know if there is a detailed faq on this template?
