v9 Linux Server - v9 Workgroup on XP workstation

I cannot get the workgroup to work at all. The pcc won't run, it aborts. The psa gives me an error 11 on transactional testing on the local machine. When I try to run odbc, I get:

[{ervasvoe][ODBC Client Interface][LNA][Pervasive][ODBC Engine Interface][Data Record Manager]no such table or object.

This happens when trying to configure a known db. I run the Test option and get the above error.
