V880 NIC failover configuration

I would like to install another NIC in my V880 for redundancy purposes in case one NIC goes bad. Does Solaris 8 or Sun have something equivalent to "Teaming" 2 NICs like Dell & Compaq have? If one goes out, the other automatically takes over.
If not, does anyone have any ideas on the best way to approach this?

IPMP not sure if works with 880 I will check.
