v8440 deluxe video capture problem

Ok , well were do i start,i simply can not get this card to work on w98se or xp. I have tried every model of asus driver or detonator driver, with different wdm drivers , whether it be 1.08 or 1.11 nvidias or asus, and still no go.
System properties always has that stupid ! yellow mark there.

PLEASE somebody help me, step by step, if possible cause i think there is a problem with the card, if anything.....

I have no virus protection installed , i have redone my system about 12 times, and still getting now where. Has anyone got this damn stupid card to work...........

Hi,

You are not alone with that deluxe card problem.
Do you have a MB A7V333 ?
It doesn't seem to be related to the OS.
