V8 CCR and One X

Finally just about to get around to upgrading our office system to V8 along with One X and CCR, I have checked the avaya documentation and it seems pretty sparse to say the least. Has anyone any tips? are there things I need to know before hand?

What documentation have you checked???? , the pre req section on each app and then the installation steps on the KB is well exactly what you are looking for.
