I'm looking to upgrade my 406v2 version 5.0(15) to version 6. I used to go through CDW for licenses but the last two times I did, they took weeks to get me the license code.

Both times they told me I was sent an email with the license code by Avaya but I never received it.

How much to upgrade and who should I contact?

If you are in the US we could probably get it for you. see the bottom of my signature.

2 week!?? The process literally takes 5 minutes.. At least it used to when I did it.

Licenses are generated on a webpage.
2 weeks is indeed very slow.

ACS IP Office or is it ACSS :)

PhoneTSAR,

2 Weeks fromCDW for licence? Ouch! I usually get licences from My BP within a buisness Day, sometimes two!

more than 32 and we do have an expansion modeule (8-phone).

The RRP for the upgrade I believe is about $200 for the license and then if you want to upgrade or have someone complete the upgrade.

Thanks,

Marshall
