v6.5 Keyline Function in v7.0? 1

To outline a photo in Version 6.5 I used the Keyline Utility (Utilites, Keyline). How do I acheive the same thing in Version 7?

Utilities>Plugin>Keyline

Same place... You may not have a complete install. See if a reinstall of plugins helps.

jimoblak ... that did the trick. My first install was "custom" and I thought I had selected that option. I re-installed and "presto".
