We recently to the latest v5 for Q3 and the system is rebooting randomly. I have the log info just prior to the reboot, but I'm not sure what it means. Can anyone help on this. I have read the other posts, but none of them seem to display this message prior to reboot.

Only Avaya can decode TLB errors, but they often mean a corrupted config in some way :)
