I've got a V3000 (6.0.59) installed for a U.S. customer in their Singapore office. They have 4 copper pots lines terminated in the Singapore NBX system. Inbound calls are answered by an Auto Attendant. Problem I'm seeing is that calls are NOT disconnecting and are being held On Call by the Auto Attendant. Resetting the Voicemail ports releases the POTS lines. I've got the customer contacting the local telco to inquire about the type of disconnect supervision they are using. My question is; what can I do on the NBX side to attempt to resolve this issue? Any help appreciated.
