There for the embedded voicemail. The G.729 are compressed using aforesaid codec and are for the Small Office Edition's embedded voicemail card. The G.711 are uncompressed and are for the embedded voicemail card used by the new IP406 V2 control unit (which doesn't use VCM channels for the embedded voice).

I was going to sign up for R3 trials but the 2.1.15 fiasco scared me half to death at the thought of installing beta firmware at a customers site. Would love to put it in my lab switch and play though
