V20Z service processor account

All-

We have just gotten a few V20Z machines and while setting them up came up with a question about the service processor account. It seems that the SP will allow you to create an account on it, but it has no particular privelege. Further there appears to be a password, but no indication of what it is. How can I set up an account on the service processor that has a deterministic password and privelege?
