V2.1(27) Current Oppinions

We have been slowly releasing V2.1(27) to our troublesom V2.1 sites (the ones we couldnt downgrade to V2.0) & it seems to be at least acceptably stable.

Before Bitting the bullet & accepting it for general use I would be interested in the oppinion of the rest of you guys.

especialy information on any minor problems that may have arrisen.

We are still using V1.3.14 PhoneManager, and still experiencing problems with the HotKey issues.

Can you tell me how to get hold of the latest version?

Your distributer should be able to give you upgrades to the latest versions.

Call listen doesn't seem to work properly as I posted yesterday on DS doesn't seem to work! only at this 1 site though so could be something just there. Seems fine apart from that

oh and 2.1.8 Phone Manager still seems to log users out of the group even if I logged in agent mode and deleted the "del" shortcut. Was doing it to me all day yesterday at site. grrrrr

yip PM 2.1.8 still has the "out of group" bug that the release notes say is fixed there is a V2.1.10 outthere somewhere that actualy works!
