V12 Graphics Card Errors

I have a few Octane 2s with the V12 (Odessey) graphics card, the OS level and version is 6.5.13f. My problem is that some heavy users are getting the following error

odsyReadImage: ODSY_MM_XFR pixel transfer failed: 'Not enough space'

Not sure as to what space is being refered to. Any solutions or pointers greatly appreciated.
