V10 R0.28 Riso Fails

I have had an issue that when i try to do a RISO back it fails with the following

I get the same result on both nodes. i have stopped and restarted the RISO controller but no change still fails.

Is there enough space? I would check Assistant and Portal (df -kh from ssh).
RISO logs are downloadable from platform, you might find a better log in there, maybe in \var\log\recoveryISO\APP_LOG in the export.
