v$sqlarea

Hy,
I need to understand this columns in v$sqlarea
(executions,parse_calls,LOADS).
I have in some tables an almost same number between
parse_calls and invalidations and I have a job
ones a day analyzing this tables and nothing else
that suppose to invalid the cursors in shared pool.
