V mail turning it on

I have set up the first V mail box on the startalk flash lite now how do I get it to actually dial the voice mail after a certain number of rings ?? I have the FWD no anser turned on on the extension number and the fwd busy on but when I dial the extension number It does not ring through to the V mail extension and the startalk ????
By the mr roberts thanks for your help I was able to change the AA greeting which is on the DR5.

Your welcome.
The forward no answer should be set to the first port of the vmail. You will find that extension number by doing a Feature 985. The extension that comes up is your vmail ext.
Then go into Terminals&Sets/ Capabilities/ Fwd no answer - enter that extension number.
Also forward on busy is a bad idea if you have outside lines ringing on the sets. It will make any outside line ringing on that phone be answered by that set's personal mailbox. MRoberts
