i have autoatt.with three paths of transfer path 1 ext 25,path 2 ext 22 ,and path 3 ext 23,my when call is going after 3 ring to the autoattendert is working fine but when i transter ext 25(path 1) to the ext 30 V.M. all calls are answer after one ring ,and caller hear the greeting form ext 25.

Please help.

Uh? When a call comes in and you physically transfer to ext 25 the call goes where?

when call comes it go to the autoattendent after you press 1 is going to the ext 25 vm, but when i fwd ext 25 to the vm call comes to the ext 25 not autoattendet

HUH am I the only one that that made no sence to ...
SLOW down and explain the problem in great detail ..
DETAIL is the key the more details you give the faster your problem may be fixed ..

If I kinda understand you
path one goes to ext.25
you then forward ext 25 to ext 30 right
and the caller is gettin VM for ext 25

Sounds as if X25 is ringing on an inbound call.
If so remove the ringing appearrance.

when call come autoatt.pick up and user press option 1,2,or 3 but when i transfer ext 25 to the vm 30 call go the ext 25 istet to the autoatt.

I think Arr might have hit it right before .
Look at the line apper. on the Dn 25 and make sure it doesn't have a line apper. that is also being answered by the A/A . If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.

Ext 25 allready has a voice mail.. Therefore wherever you point the caller after it has been tranfered to Ext 25 it will go to Mailbox 25. Simple fix - delete mailbox 25

I agree with Arr too. Check your incoming lines, are they ringing on ext 25? If so, whenever ext 25 is forwarded to voicemail all incoming calls will go to ext 25's mailbox. The incoming lines can still appear on ext 25 but cannot ring - unless you have a newer Norstar that has hunt groups, then you can get around this if you absolutely need the extension to ring on incoming lines.
What is the software version?
