IP406 v2 rel. 4.0.07...
Incoming calls are coming from a PRI sending 4 digits. Incoming call route for digits 7000 destination is VMayAA. Created a module in VM Pro named it DayAA. Calls go to the AA and flow correctly when called from within a short code in the system. When an incoming call is coming in over the PRI and hits the AA it is being dropped after 4 sec of the greeting message. Is there any fix for this..HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

instead of sending to AAay, send to the shortcode see if that fixes

Sorry AAay meant VMay. are you sure "Day" is in the same case or spelling? If no good, rerecord the greeting.

Try maybe rerecording the greeting in a different voice. I have seen that a few times the voice makes the system think someone dialed a digit. Run the VM Locally on the desktop and trace a call to see what the system thinks is happening.
