Incoming calls are coming from a PRI sending 4 digits. Incoming call route for digits 7000 destination is VM:DayAA. Created a module in VM Pro named it DayAA. Calls go to the AA and flow correctly when called from within a short code in the system. When an incoming call is coming in over the PRI and hits the AA it is being dropped after 4 sec of the greeting message. Is there any fix for this..HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

instead of sending to AA:Day, send to the shortcode see if that fixes

Sorry AA:Day meant VM:Day. are you sure "Day" is in the same case or spelling? If no good, rerecord the greeting.

Try maybe rerecording the greeting in a different voice. I have seen that a few times the voice makes the system think someone dialed a digit. Run the VM Locally on the desktop and trace a call to see what the system thinks is happening.
