V/M on NEC-Philips IPC100

Hi All
I have recently installed an in-switch VRS/Voicemail card in the NEC-Philips IPC100 PBX.The problem that I have is that the Message Waiting Lamp on the analogue phones only works to phones connected to the 3+8 CPU cabinet.
The phones plugged into any of the expansion cards(008 & 308)including the expansion cabinet only receive the stutter tone.
Also I am trying to configure the extensions with a fixed call forward to voicemail but do not know which code to put in the destination.

I hope someone can assist me with this fault.
