I have a Motorola ModemSurfr that I flashed with the v.09 code. I am using it on a NT RAS server. My problem is that I can't get the modem to negotiate with another modem at the v.90 speeds. It doesn't even try. If I dial out with this modem it seems to connect at the v.90 speeds, but dialing into it it doesn't. Any help?
