Is there ad adapter that will convert v.35 to RJ45 to extend the conection. There is about 70 feet between the CSU\DSU and the router.

just a suggestion, but it might be easier to extend the D-mark. even if it is a telco owned CSU/DSU.

From the circuit run a cat 5 cable ( straight cable ) from the NIU to the router . Crimp
the ends with a RJ45 MOD END . Connect the new cat 5 to the NIU <--- circuit and the other to the csu/dsu . You may have to set your line build out up . Good Luck !!!

We have run V.35 to 308 feet by using shielded standard V.35 cable. we simply asked a cable manufacturer to build it for us. You must set the "line build out" values on your DSU to accomodate the distance. Every DSU I have worked on supports this.
