We have a new SV8100 system. There have been complaints of voicemail recordings having a tinny sound and a slight hissing in the background. This is true of outgoing messages, incoming messages and auto attendant recordings. Is there a way to change the digital compression method of these recordings or a way to import recordings from a series of files? Thank you!
