We have an NEC UX5000 phone system utilizing service through SIP Trunking. This morning we either lost the trunk...or lost the registration to the trunk for about 10 minutes. Service is now restored, however, on the left side of the LCD Display of several of handsets we see the following: <rest>. If you have come across this before can you please let me know how I can restore the display to a traditional format? The model number of the handsets are DLV(XD)Z-Y(BK).

Thank you as always for all of your time, effort, patience, and support.

There are up to 8 modes usually it is in mode one or day mode. the others are night, midnight, rest etc... Dial the service code to change the mode to 1
