Hopefully someone has had this issue before because it is driving me nuts.
Here is the Scenario
Inbound call to DID pointed to an extension. That Extension is Call Forwarded Off-Premise to a Long Distance Number, I get the NEC Prompt that say (Please Hold your call is being transferred)Then the call drops. The Carrier says they don't even see the call setup so its not their issue.
The Call Forward Off-Premise Works on local calls when called from a DID, It also works on Long Distance Calls If the call is made from an extension. So it must be a Trunk to Trunk thing. Any Help would be much appreciated.
