I'm taking care of a customer with a ux5000 system. We want to use the inmail override mailbox 003 for a temporary AA greeting. We have a greeting recorded in instruction menu 003. If we put in 003 as the override mailbox from the system manager mailbox, it continues to say the over ride mailbox is undefined. Anything from 003 - 008 or 803 - 808 and the system says override mailbox is UNDEFINED.
