UX 10.20 vs UX 11

Hi All,
My company is moving one of our networks over to UX 11 while the main system stays on 10.20. I've got to look after both. They will not be connecting so there is no problem there.

The question that I have for the group is how big are the differences in the two systems???? Should I be in my bosses office requesting a course on UX 11 OR are the differences between the two not enough to mention????

I look after both 10.20 and 11.00 systems without any problems. Differences are minimal, if you are familiar with 10.20 then 11.00 should present no problems.
