UUI data from Avaya Experience Portal to CM

We have Avaya Aura Experience Portal, POM and CM 6.3. Our POMDriver application routes calls back into our contact center and passes some UUI data. I would like to be able to route the calls based on whether or not UUI data exists. For example, if ANY UUI digits are present, skip the phone tree and go straight to an agent. Is this possible?
 
Can you give me some pointers on how to? I have tried without success.
